2. All parts on forming table are easy to access for maintenance.

3. All parts under forming table are lubricated by oil bath. Oil should be changed every 4-6 months with specified oil.

Mechanical Behavior

The NEWTOP-138WT high speed intelligent paper cup sleeve machine is a model used for making double-walled cups. Based on the NEWTOP-118S platform, this new generation double-walled cup forming equipment utilizes a rotary paper suction and in-line feeding mechanism, matched with a dual-turntable process layout. It features EtherCAT high-speed bus communication technology, employing distributed clock synchronization and electronic cam coordinated control. Equipped with an online glue detection device, it uses a high-frame-rate industrial camera to monitor the glue coverage area in real time, and applies image algorithms to quantitatively analyze the glue layer distribution, eliminating defective products due to poor adhesion and ensuring stable product assembly quality. This machine is suitable for producing multi-specification paper cups with sleeves ranging from 6-20 OZ, and the sleeves can be made with flat or hollow processes, achieving a maximum production capacity of 160 pcs/min.
