At the feed inlet, workers hang the food grade paper roll used to produce the cup body on the feed inlet for printing. The machine will carry out pigment color blending according to the parameters configured by the engineers. The blended pigment will flow from another feed port to the roller with patterns carved on it. The paper will be printed with patterns orderly after passing through the roller. The paper with patterns will enter the press from one side and the paper without patterns from the other side to produce the bottom of the cup. Through the laser induction pattern, the punching machine punches the paper pieces on one side into sectors, while the paper pieces on the other side are directly punched into a round cup bottom, and the waste materials are discharged through the conveyor belt at the bottom of the machine.
