1. After the preparation is completed, shout "power on" when the paper cup machine is about to be started, and start the motor without any response. (this is to prevent unnecessary safety accidents caused by the operator's invisibility when the mechanic repairs on the opposite side or behind the machine).
2. Carefully observe the operation condition of the machine, take a cup and check the bonding effect of the paper cup. Check whether there is yellowing and damage to the paper cup at the preheating, main heating and knurling positions.
3. Check the bonding effect of the bonding place to see if there is any poor connection. The bonding firmness of the cup bottom and bonding is suitable for tearing and galling. If there is indirect non galling, it is a suspected cup leakage, which shall be subject to the water test.
4. During normal operation, if you find or feel that there is something abnormal in the machine, you should first lift the cup body away, and then stop the machine for inspection after the last cup has been knurled.
