Mechanical Quality Guarantee

1. Mechanical parts are guaranteed for 5 years, electrical parts and vulnerable parts are guaranteed for 1 year.

2. All parts on forming table are easy to access for maintenance.

3. All parts under forming table are lubricated by oil bath. Oil should be changed every 4-6 months with specified oil.

Production Efficiency

1. Production output up to 24,000 cups per shift (8 hours), up to 1.8 million cups per month (3 shifts).

2. Percentage of pass is higher than 95% under normal production.

3. One operator can handle several machines at the same time.

Mechanical Behavior

The NEWTOP-1250D square paper bowl making machine is using desktop layout, which isolates the transmission parts and molds. The transmission parts are under the desk, molds are on the desk, this layout is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The non-round paper bowl machine adopts automatic spray lubrication, longitudinal axis transmission structure, barrel type cylindrical indexing mechanism and the gear drive, ensuring the stability and quality of the whole machine. For electrical parts, PLC, photoelectric tracking and servo feeding are used to control the running. This type machine's max capacity is up to 70pcs/min, suitable for the production of non-round type cold/hot bowls.The NEWTOP-1250D paper bowl machine for square bowls also can also be used as rectangle paper cup machine.
