This model adopts digital control system, equipped with high-precision servo motors, which accurately regulates the whole paper cup forming process (paper feeding, heating, bottom sealing, rimming, cup discharging, etc.). The control part integrates Ethernet real-time control technology, decentralized clock mechanism, electronic cam system and common DC bus solution to realize multi-station cooperative operation and ensure stable and efficient operation.
Scope of application: 2.5oz-12oz multi-size paper cup production.
Maximum speed: up to 175pcs/min.
