The NEWTOP-5000S8 high speed intelligent paper cup machine is a newly launched generation of paper container forming equipment. It's transmission system uses a 4-axis distributed drive design, and the turntable drive can be optionally equipped with either a direct-drive motor or a mechanical indexing mechanism. The executive system features a rotating paper suction combined with a straight-line feeding mechanism, a servo-driven ultrasonic and cup-clamp forming mechanism for the cup body, an 11-station cup bottom forming turntable, and an 8-station cup rim forming turntable in a dual-turntable layout, achieving multiple processes from sheet material to forming. The curling mechanism uses a servo-driven two-station pre-curl and final curl setup, ensuring consistent cup rim dimensions and perfect curl lines. The transmission components use spray lubrication. The executive system and transmission system are designed with large plate isolation for easier cleaning and maintenance. The electrical control system uses motion control PLC and encoders, with full photoelectric tracking monitoring, while the bottom paper is servo-fed. The exterior features a sheet metal body with a mesh door structure, improving overall machine cooling and operational safety. This machine is suitable for producing 30oz-170oz paper bowls and paper buckets.

Intelligent Control System

8, Visual system flaw detection. Automatic identification of paper cup shape, internal, bottom flaws, automatic removal. Unique algorithm, light gray stain recognition is accurate and stable. A key to quickly set the parameters, but also can modify each parameter in detail. The system supports internal network monitoring output report.

9, Hardware monitoring system. Plc output points, relays, contactors, plc and touch screen, plc and computer, plc with the expansion of the line real-time monitoring, abnormal alarm in the touch screen prompts the cause of the malfunction. Detailed hardware and software failure information, the user according to the prompts to easily troubleshoot.
