Mechanical Behavior
The NEWTOP-5000D8 high speed intelligent paper cup machine is a newly launched generation of paper container forming equipment. Its transmission system uses a distributed design with 4-axis drive, and the turntable drive can be optionally equipped with either a direct drive motor or a mechanical indexing mechanism. The actuating mechanism combines rotary paper suction with a linear feeding system, a cup-forming mechanism driven by servo and ultrasonic with a cup-clamping setup, an 11-station cup bottom forming turntable, and an 8-station cup rim forming turntable in a dual-turntable layout, achieving multiple processes from sheet material to finished cup. The curling system uses a two-step process with pre-curling and final curling to ensure consistent cup rim dimensions and perfect roll lines. Transmission parts use spray lubrication. The actuating mechanisms and transmission system are separated by large panels for easy cleaning and maintenance. The electrical control system features motion control PLCs with encoders, full optical tracking, and servo paper feeding. The exterior has a sheet metal body with mesh doors to improve overall cooling and operational safety.
