The production operation process of the paper cup machine must go through material preparation, turn on the main power supply of the cup making equipment, heating power supply and main machine power supply, place the cut cup paper neatly in the fixture, turn on the air compressor, and supply air to the equipment. There are more than ten links to the finished product for packaging and warehousing.
The production operation process of the paper cup machine:
1. Material preparation.
PE coated paper inspection: The purchase of coated paper meets the requirements of GB9687-1988 for polyethylene molded products for food packaging; the color is normal, smooth, without obvious wrinkles, odor and dirt.
Design printing patterns according to customer requirements, and send the finished film to the printing room for plate making.
The print after printing. Send to creasing workshop for cutting. And separate the corner blanks. Lay the separated fan-shaped cup blanks neatly according to the specified quantity.
2. Turn on the main power supply, heating power supply and main machine power supply of the cup making equipment, heat up for 30 minutes, and then turn on the dehumidifier and main machine motor.
3. Put the cut cup paper neatly in the fixture. According to the temperature and humidity of the workshop, wait for the paper after watering; installation and debugging of the bottom paper: moderate tightness, right and left in place.
4. Turn on the air compressor and supply air to the equipment. Set the bottom bonding temperature to 230℃～300℃, the speed is 40-50 pcs/min; the ultrasonic wave generation time of the cup wall is 2～3 seconds.
5. Turn the host switch on for a few seconds and wait for the bottom paper supply to be normal; then put down the cup wallpaper fixture, and the suction cup starts to transport the cup wallpaper into ultrasonic welding.
6. Observe whether the mechanical movement of the backing paper feeding, knurling, cup opening, finished product unloading and other processes is smooth.
7. Check the adhesion of the bottom of the cup to see if there is water leakage or water seepage.
8. Collect and sort the finished products after unloading.
9. Inspect whether the finished product is defective and qualified.
10. Qualified products are disinfected.
11. The finished product is packaged and put into storage.
