Mechanical Quality Guarantee

1. Mechanical parts are guaranteed for 5 years, electrical parts and vulnerable parts are guaranteed for 1 year.

2. All parts on forming table are easy to access for maintenance.

3. All parts under forming table are lubricated by oil bath. Oil should be changed every 4-6 months with specified oil.

Production Efficiency

1. Production output up to80,640 cups per shift (8 hours), up to 5.8 million cups per month (3 shifts).

2. Percentage of pass is higher than 99% under normal production.

Mechanical Behavior

NEWTOP-168S9 high-speed intelligent paper cup machine, the main machine is the upgraded model of NEWTOP-138S, which cleverly separates the transmission and actuator. The design of transmission adopts "one horizontal and two vertical" dynamic axis layout, while the actuator adopts in-line suction feeding and cup forming technology, combined with the double turntable layout of 10-station male mold and 9-station female mold, realizing multi-station (≥3) for crimping, which makes the paper containers with stable forming dimensions, high crimping rate, and strong adaptability of paper. The model has flflexible confifiguration and various options to meet difffferent needs of customers: optional visual inspection system is available to reject defective products. The machine is suitable for the production of 5-16oz high grams, high-end brand cold/hot paper cups, such as Luckin Coffffee, MIXUE, CHAGEE and other brands of coffffee cups, milk tea cups.
