Mechanical Behavior

The NEWTOP-168C high speed intelligent paper cup machine features a completely redesigned main unit based on the NEWTOP-168S9, utilizing a "transmission-execution" separation architecture and a "one horizontal, two vertical" motion axis layout. The execution mechanism employs rotary paper suction combined with a linear feeding mechanism, a servo-driven ultrasonic cup forming mechanism, and a dual turntable layout with a 10-station cup bottom forming turntable and a 9-station cup mouth forming turntable, enabling multiple process steps from sheet material to finished product. The rimming process uses multiple stations (≥3) to ensure consistent cup mouth dimensions and perfect rimming, easily handling various high-grammage papers. This model offers flexible configuration options to meet diverse customer production needs: an optional vision inspection system is available for strict quality control. It is suitable for producing high-grammage, high-end brand cold/hot paper cups ranging from 16-22 oz, such as coffee cups and milk tea cups for brands like Luckin Coffee, Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, and CHAGEE.
