Mechanical Behavior

The NEWTOP-168D high speed intelligent paper cup machine inherits the high speed and stable platform of the NEWTOP-168S9 model, cleverly separating the transmission mechanism from the execution mecha nism. The transmission mechanism is designed with a 'one horizontal, two vertical' dynamic shaft layout, while the execution mechanism uses a straight-line suction paper and cup forming technology. Combined with a dual-turntable layout of 10-station male molds and 9-station female molds, it achieves multi-sta tion curling (≥3), ensuring stable forming dimensions, high curl rate, and strong paper adaptability for the paper containers. This model is highly flexible and offers multiple options to meet different customer needs: it can be optionally equipped with a vision.inspection system to remove defective products and is suitable for producing square cold or hot cups.
