The whole process of paper cup production:
Buy coated paper from a paper mill, either in rolls or already cut into sheets (each ton of paper will be 80% wallpaper + 20% bottom paper).
Print the paper into the pattern and size you need in the printing factory.
Punch the printed paper into fan-shaped pieces: buy a die-cutting machine or complete this process in a printing plant.
Directly put the cut and printed fan-shaped paper sheets on the paper cup machine for production, and install the paper cup bottom paper on the roll at the same time.
