Design of the Curling Process of the Paper Cup Machine

The crimping process needs to give the outer edge of the paper cup a pressure from the cup to the bottom of the cup, and also needs a molding device to reverse the outer edge of the paper cup outward and downward, so that the edge of the paper cup can be rolled over. At the same time, an elastic support device is required below the edge of the paper cup. Therefore, a forming device is designed on the cup withdrawing support plate, which can be installed on the cup mold, positioned and directly moved downward along the outer circle of the cup mold. The elastic support device below the edge of the paper cup can be directly connected to the cup of the crimping process with a spring.
