The NewTop-JA200 paper cup AI visual inspection Machine uses a unified main platform and can be set up with a single-channel or dual-channel inspection system based on the customer's production capacity and inspection needs. The single-channel version comes standard with 5 industrial cameras and can be upgraded to 6, while the dual-channel version can support up to 12 industrial cameras. The machine can capture images from multiple angles of the paper cup's rim, inside, bottom, and outer surface, checking for common defects like stains, burst rims, rolled edges, collapsed bottoms, crescent bottoms, and unusual patterns. The single-channel version can inspect up to 160 cups per minute, and the dual-channel can go up to 2 × 160 pcs/min. It also supports automatic OK/NG judgment, defective product removal, and inspection data statistics, effectively boosting inspection efficiency, consistency, and quality traceability.
