DEBAO-5000S high speed paper bucket machine is using tabletop layout, which isolates the transmission parts and the forming molds. This layout is convenient for cleaning and for maintenance. The machine use longitudinal shaft transmission structure, barrel indexing cam and gear drive, ensuring stability and accuracy. All transmission and driving parts are running in oil bath. The production speed is up to 50-80/min. depends on size and material. This machine is good for producing paper bowl and bucket.

Flexible parameter settings. It is easily to back up, restore, or return parameters to factory setting . Parameters can also be modified in detail manually.
Flexible setting for encoder origin, automatic setting for turning direction and fault self-detection. Encoder hardware installation does not need to consider timing, it can be set simply by software.
Automatically configure the stop position, ensure the machine will stop in lower positon less than one working step. During the configuration, the software automatically calculates the speed of the machine and inertia distance. By this function, at least one step faster than the position finding after deceleration.
By simple setting to the system, it will identify signals from sensors of key working station automatically. When faults occured, the system will stop the machine rapidly according to the signal feedback from the sensor, so that the forming mold will stay between two bottom heaters.
Auto reject the stopped cups. Whenever the machine is stopped abnormally, the system will automatically remove those cups stay between bottom heaters and the knurling station due to overheat or poor sealing that will cause leak problem.
Intelligent temperature control. Through the PLC PID control, the user can simply select the paper manufacturer, weight, single / double PE, the system will automatically set the appropriate working temperature. Whenever the machine speed changes, the working temperature will automatically adjusted. The user can also customize the working temperature control curve.
Visual inspection system is for finished product flaw detection. The system will inspect and identify cup rim quality, insects, stain, abnormal bottom forming etc. and will reject disqualified cup automatically. The parameters can simply be set by one click on touch screen, or modify each parameter in detail. The system supports internal network monitoring and output report.
Hardware monitoring system. PLC output points, relays, contactors, PLC and touch screen, PLC and computer, real-time monitoring PLC and all lines of expansions, abnormal alarm in the touch screen shows the cause of fault, detailed failure information of hardware and software, the operator can easily do the troubleshooting.
The system supports remote upgrade. PLC and touch screen can be modified IP address through high-speed Ethernet connection, through NAT or other service providers can upgrade remotely.
